Low Stock note: Not all scents are back in stock currently & some bottle sizes are also not fully back. In an effort to get and keep TAT down, not everything was able to be restocked at this time & bath/body products will not return until 2025.

If we're able to list more scents over the coming weeks, we will -- sign up on the individual item product pages for Restock Notices for anything you're hoping to see return. Doing so also helps us gauge interest in what items to bring back first!

Shipping during the Canada Post strike:

At this time, shipping is only to US and Canada, with restrictions to some Canadian addresses. All US States are deliverable (including Alaska and Hawaii). 

Within Canada, our courier cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, and some other Remote areas. Shipping is unavailable to the Territories, some areas of Atlantic Canada, and some island communities. Our apologies if your address is not deliverable.

Some Canadian addresses will initially enter the system as fine, but then when we go to process them, we find out that the courier cannot fulfill these orders. We'll reach out right away if this occurs & can either cancel/refund the order, or hold it until the strike ends, whichever is preferred. (US addresses are not impacted by this issue, only within Canada.) Right now, we are checking all Canadian addresses as orders come in and so far only one has returned as undeliverable and that customer has been contacted. We will continue to do this until the strike ends.

Note: New Standard TAT is 10 days from order date. All orders placed by Friday Dec 6th will be sent by Monday Dec 9th. Holiday deadlines for shipment begin on Dec 10th (technically the 13th for US and most of Canada), but our carrier has warned us to plan to enter packages into the system a day ahead, as volumes are extremely high with the ongoing Canada Post strike. When we did our last courier drop, they had a massive number of inbound shipments and it took a day and a half for them to scan our batches into their system and get movement on the tracking, so we'll be doing a Monday drop-off in order to get things moved by Wednesday, two days ahead of the hard deadline of Friday.
