Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, refunds or returns are not offered. It is always best to purchase samples of fragrances first, whenever possible, before committing to a larger size.
Are your products vegan?
All scents are small-batch, handmade, and will be vegan barring any expressly noted as 'non-vegan' in the scent list or product pages. Any non-vegan materials are secondary animal by-products, such as butter CO2 extractions, beeswax absolute, etc. We do not use direct animal parts such as castoreum, deer musk, etc.
We also do not use endangered or threatened plant materials, to the best of our knowledge. If you see notes listed like rosewood, sandalwood, etc., those are reconstructions utilizing synthetics &/or other natural materials aside from the threatened species.
What carrier do you use in your perfume oils?
Perfume oils are all in proprietary combination of FCO (Fractionated Coconut Oil) & IPM (Isopropyl Myristate), but we may be able to use an alternate carrier on request. Please email with alternate carrier inquiries.
Note: custom carrier requests may greatly extend Turn-Around Time, as some fragrances may need to be re-batched to accommodate. These would be treated as a Custom Order, with a TAT of up to two months, especially if the order is large. Please do get in touch with us prior to ordering to ensure the request can be fulfilled at that time. Thank you!
Do you ship outside Canada?
Absolutely! We'll send packages anywhere Canada Post will let us. EXCEPTION: UK and EU shipments are still suspended following VAT changes. Customers in these areas are directed to our listings at Ajevie.com instead.
All customers outside Canada are encouraged to check for any local import restrictions before ordering. We cannot replace or refund packages seized or destroyed by customs or be held responsible for any duties and taxes which may be incurred.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping for all Canadian and US orders over CAD$100 is free, with tracking included. Just choose the Free Shipping option that becomes available at checkout when your cart totals $100 or more (after any relevant discounts).
My order was placed but I have not received a shipping notice?
At the time you order, please take note of the stated TAT (Turn-Around Time) at the top of the page.
If your order has fallen outside of the TAT and no shipping notice has been received, please reach out and let us know. There have been a few times when Shopify glitched and lost a few emails, but we can manually re-send those messages to you from your order data page, on request.

Will there be free samples in the order?
Every order is guaranteed at least one free sample, selected at random. We prepare free samples in fairly large batches and all orders get the same sample until that batch runs out. Requests for specific samples slow down order processing times, so we're unable to accommodate those at this time.
As these are bottled and packed in large batches, we can't guarantee that there will not be repeats of prior items sampled or purchased. Your understanding is appreciated!
