Due to the personal nature of fragrance, we cannot accept returns. Samples are available for purchase in the shop for all currently-available items.
Pre-shipment exchanges can be made for items currently available in the shop, if the request is made before a shipping label has been created. If you accidentally added the wrong item to your cart and want to swap it out, just get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org (please be sure to include order number in your email) and we'll do our best to accommodate, if we can!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives & contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any items are damaged in transit, please take photos of (and retain) both damaged and undamaged items and packaging. This will help with lodging claims with the carrier.
In cases of a wrong item being sent, you'll be able to opt for an equal-value store credit or to be refunded on your original payment method. If a non-Canadian buyer refuses a package for reasons of not wishing to pay any customs charges and that package is returned to us, buyer will be refunded for undamaged items only, not for shipping charges. For other issues, we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase experience on every level. Please also remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post any refunds, but if there are delays beyond normal, please do let us know.
