Processing Times

Canada Post Strike:

As of Sept 25th, Canada Post workers' union is on full strike. 

We are still open and shipping, using 3rd party courier services. This means:

- NO P.O. BOXES
- Some addresses outside cities (or on islands) may be undeliverable

If an address on an open order is undeliverable, we'll be in touch soon to let you know & to offer the choice to either hold the order until strike is over (and given how short the flight attendants' strike was, that might be very soon) or to cancel/refund.

For NEW orders, if you are unsure and want me to check, just drop a note in the chat or email contact@pulpfragrance.com and I am happy to check into any address to see if we can deliver or not.

US Tariffs & De Minimis removal: As of Sept 2025, no US orders are being taken. We currently have no path to ship to the US without incurring a minimum of 35% tariffs, plus high brokerage fees. Working on a potential solution for this, but for the time being, US checkout is turned off.

If you are looking for tracking info on an order, the Chat function at lower left has a 'track my order' prompt that can retrieve this information.
