Processing Times

Canada Post Strike: 

Aug 1st update: Canada Post union workers voted to reject the offers on the table currently from Canada Post. Union says they are committed to staying at the bargaining table, though, and will not be going on full strike/work stoppage. Given this, we'll still be using Canada Post for at least some shipments until/unless things change, but I'll be keeping a close on things.

US/Canada tariffs: 

July 30: well, they fucked with the de minimis, but not until August 29th. No changes til then and hopefully we'll have some plans in place by then (or the situation evolves by then). It is not out of the realm of possibility that this is in part a negotiation tactic, as the trade deal b/w US and Canada is still being hammered out.

[OLD UPDATE: US orders remain open - any changes to tariffs or de minimis that might impact cross-border packages will be announced here and via email. (Yes we saw the July 10 tariff news, but until details are released nothing to say yet, If de minimis remains in place or largely unchanged, and/or if USMCA exemptions remain in place, then there might not be a direct impact on us. We'll see! I'll update here and on Bluesky as I know more.]

  • TAT: shipping within 3 weeks of order date (normally 2 weeks, but Fall Releases are the highest volume launches of the year, so we need to allow a little extra time).
