If you are looking for tracking info on an order, the Chat function at lower left has a 'Track My Order' prompt. You'll need: order number & the email address the order was placed under. If your order has been fulfilled, this tool will retrieve your tracking info. If it does not find any tracking, your order is still in-progress. If the status is in-progress and it's approaching or past the TAT deadline, reach out and we'll get you a more detailed update.
