As of today (Weds, Sep 2): there are 37 orders whose fulfillment has been delayed past TAT (Turn-Around Time). Multiple external factors arose which created major slowdowns on fulfillment. I won't make excuses, though, all delays, esp those where the order has gone past TAT, are fully on me and are my responsibility alone. All 37 are expected to be processed by the end of this week and will be getting tracking notifications soon.
Shop reopens over the weekend once the backlog has been processed and cleared.
Fall release was delayed but coming next week! Announcements on that soon. (If you have an open order and want it held to be combined with the new release, let us know!)
And thank you, too, to everyone who has placed brand new orders in the last few days! Those will be on their way early next week. Your support means more than I can say.
